About Instructor
Józefa Fawcett is an award-winning international learning consultant and Recognised Excellence ExpertTM with over 25 years of experience driving organisational excellence and sustainable growth in governments, corporations, and academic institutions across 39 countries on five continents. She has developed an innovative approach in ‘Adaptive Stewardship,’ which explores the intersection of management practice, leadership vision, and technological evolution all of which is vital for cohesion and readiness for the workplace of the future. Currently, Józefa is Post-Graduate Master’s Programme Lead and Project Manager for new campus development at the College of Esports, UK, adjunct professor at GBSB Global Business School, Spain and professional coach for the governance department at SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies) at the University of London.
Since 2017, she has been an assessor with the UAE Government Excellence Programme across various Emirates, and her work reflects her commitment to future capability, quality, and innovation.
